Those patients who are severely visually impaired, have neuromuscular or arthritic conditions which would make winding the device difficult, are not able to memorise or understand the procedure of use of the device and those patients who are not willing to fully comply with the procedures of use of the device and with the recommended frequency for replacement of accessories.
