Does insulin work faster when using the SQ-Pen?
Answer
The rate of insulin absorption may be slightly faster than that observed with needle-based devices which may be a result of insulin covering a larger surface area than when it is injected with a needle. However there are many other factors that could also affect the blood glucose level.
